Cosmetic Bag MOQ, Sampling & Lead Time: How Factory Orders Work
If you are buying custom cosmetic bags for the first time, MOQ, sampling and lead time decide your plan. Here is how a factory actually works through your order, step by step.
What MOQ really means
MOQ is the minimum quantity a factory can run profitably in one batch. It depends on material, construction and printing — not on the factory being difficult.
- For clear PVC/TPU pouches, usually 1,000–3,000 pcs per style
- Different designs can be combined if they share material and size
- Tell us your budget — we will suggest the most economical option
Sampling: confirm before you spend
We recommend a sample before bulk. You approve material, size, print and hardware first; the sample cost is low and is deducted/credited once the bulk order is confirmed.
- Sample usually ready in 7–15 days
- We start from your sample, photo, drawing or just an idea
- Free mockups and Pantone color matching on request
Production & lead time
After sample approval and deposit, production starts. We schedule by order and keep you updated at every stage until shipment.
- Bulk production typically 20–45 days depending on quantity
- In-line and final inspection before packing
- FOB, CIF or EXW — we help arrange sea, air or express
